A 5 story heritage building renovation, which included; full seismic strengthening, new floor plates, new circulation throughout the entire building, a new roof and interior fit-outs for future tenants.

The defining goal of Allistar Cox Building and Interiors, was to restore the building to its original style and design, and to ensure any new work would reflect the Edwardian buildings’ heritage and design aesthetic.

Interior works included; fit-outs for future tenants (bathroom and kitchen), new entrance foyer and office fit-outs for 2 floors.

A huge pleasure to work on a historic building and honour the existing form, style and details.
