Nightjar

Nightjar is an established coffee roastery and restaurant in Dubai, UAE by Allistar Cox Building and Interiors. The first project (the roastery at Aserkal) was finished in 2016. I was bought on board to work on the new spaces throughout 2022-2024

The existing spatial concept, showcasing a sense of grit and authenticity at Alserkal, was re-worked. New materials and elements were established. The goal was to create individual personalities for each space to suit the location and clientele, but to retain the overall aesthetic and vibe of the brand.
